"The place is totally surrounded by construction and high levels of traffic. Didn't even check in, turned away and booked somewhere else "

"Cutlery and crockery were dirty, with food still stuck to some cutlery. Beds, bathrooms etc were excellent. Poor layout, with no sanitary facilities downstairs, making it hard for older people and those with bad knees. Parking inadequate unless underneath was used - again too many stairs."

Dishwasher tabs provided, No dishwasher. Certainly gone to the pack. Watch out for the man in Unit One, he likes to lay down the law."
