All staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The Hotel was new, so everything looked clean and fresh. The bar staff were fun to converse with. The cocktails were well made. The wine list was small and could use some work. Even the Valet was personable. Staff allowed us to meet with friends in the lobby area and socialize while sipping some wine. We had a good stay.

We like staying at Graduate but feel parking shouldnt be extra.

Chris at the front desk went above and beyond! Very clean room. Breakfast- not great compared to other continental breakfasts- about half the choices.

The hotel clerk was absolutely awesome. I didn't catch his name, but he was a black male who was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond. I will come back to this hotel largely because of his kindness and professionalism.

Booked since it was new and I try different properties on visits to Cincinnati. Ideal location for parking overnight and dining out and/or catching a show or sporting event downtown. Easy walk to the Taft was appreciated. The Cozy King is generously sized and well appointed. Expect the upgraded rooms are even more pleasing.

We were at the Mariemont Best Western for four days to attend a swim meet. Mariemont is an adorable, quaint village. The Best Western was such a unique hotel with much history. You will definitely enjoy your stay. The restaurant served wonderful food. We were thrilled with our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was perfect for us. The little bit of extra space and kitchenette was very helpful for our long weekend. The hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. Not a ton of choices, but even the picky eater was able to find something. The pool was clean, but a little chilly. We appreciated the outdoor sitting area for some down time. Loved how close to downtown it was. Very easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go and felt safe doing so. The staff was excellent and very friendly. Room was very nice and comfortable. Continental breakfast was one of the best we have eaten! The valet parking was very good!

My new favorite hotel chain. Beautiful, clean, contemporary rooms. I only with the shower got hotter. Lol

Thai was a great choice for our larger family. We could actually fit all 6 of us in one suite with the pull out couch. It was very clean and the breakfast was even decent for being COVID times. We liked our stay so much we decided to stay a 2nd night!

Great place to stay. You not only get a free breakfast, but basically dinner. They call it a snack, but it was enough for dinner. You also get three alcoholic drinks each night of your stay during the evening “snack.” The rooms were clean and quiet. We did have a problem with our shower the first night, but it was fixed immediately. Will definitely stay here again.

I liked the pedestrian access to the bridge from the parking lot (using our room key). The room was clean and comfortable.
