"Super war die schöne Lage im Wald, der kostenlose Parkplatz und das kostenlose WLAN. Der online Check in hat mich nicht gestört, jedoch wäre es super gewesen, wenn das Zimmer während meines Aufenthalts auch mal gereinigt werden würde. "We arrived late evening, however a staff member was still on site, she was very pleasant and extremely helpful, made us feel “at home”. The castle has been kept very authentic and would be exactly what someone would want to experience in a castle built in 1283, absolutely amazing place. Would recommend anyone to stay. "I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay ideally situated for our needs with great access to the countryside and very close to the autobahn. The staff are really helpful and happy, we had to leave early on the last day but they were really accommodating with a slightly earlier breakfast. Food was also amazing."

"Found it difficult to find information about facilities etc during stay. No info in room and unable to find dinner menu on TV. Thought dining room shut for lunch as entrance looked deserted as opposed to breakfast which ( we did not choose) was served by door. Reception staff helpful with car parking but failed at check out to give garage exit card so spent sometime trying to work out system before returning to reception to ask for help. "
