"Excellent hotel just a 5 minute walk from Shin-Yokohama station. Wonderful inside the lobby and excellent view from my room on the 34th floor. Staff very helpful in guiding me through the process of shipping my luggage to my next hotel in addition to storing it prior to check in. "

"Everything went great once I checked in. Overall the location is great literally 3 mins from station, there's 2 convenience stores, and a grocery store. It was 13 mins from Haneda Airport. There was a bit of confusion initially because I needed to do early bag drop off. I didn't get full address and map until after I was dropped off at address on web which is actually the top of the street. And I didn't receive my instructions because 1st agent I talked the day prior marked that drop off happened the day before. "
