"Wasn’t expecting a 500CHF deposit at check in… but I understand. Would’ve been nice to know before showing up. Also, there was construction work going on just outside so there wasn’t much sleeping in. There was cleaning staff each day so that was nice and unexpected for an apartment stay. Well equipped and spacious for our family."

"Stayed here for 3 nights with my daughter when we visited Zurich. The location was close to a tram stop and the metro so getting to downtown Zurich was easy (once you got the connections figured out). They were also only a 20ish minutes tram ride from the airport. We also really enjoyed that they were city near the city and the country. They had bicycles that we borrowed for a couple of hours (complimentary!) and rode to a nearby town. Bike paths were amazing and we got to see a different side to Switzerland. Most of the staff were super helpful 4 out of 5 stars there. There was one lady that was not very friendly or helpful but the others made up for it. Room was just what we needed! No AC but they did provide a fan and the windows opened to get the cooler night air temps. Overall I would recommend this hotel to others if you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel near Zurich!"
