Property is a little run down, and the room decor isn’t great - very dark, surrounded by shelving, etc. Also quite a lot of noise, not from the church bells as others have written, but from music playing downstairs in the cafe (which is excellent by the way!) Very central location though which was great.

Great location, staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Very unique and cool room with fantastic view of Dom Tower and Domkerk. Only negative is there seemed to be a little water damage/stains on the counter around the sink which, probably won’t bother most people though

Staff very friendly. They also run the cafe and food is reasonable. Hotel very convenient for historic sights. Room supposed to be best and right at top of building. Great views and useful small roof terrace. However, layout not great and a bit tired. Wash basin area poor. TV a head injury risk. Yes a historic building has limitations but this room needs some tlc.

A really nice room in a friendly hotel and a really good location. We had a really enjoyable stay. Fabulous breakfast. However, a few things would make this an exceptional hotel. There wasn't a safe in the room, given that the customers of the cafe below have access to the rooms' area for the toilets, this should be a must. There was nowhere to hang your clothes/coats etc, except for a coat stand. Some coat hangers would be useful. Lastly, there is no bespoke reception area. The cafe staff checked us in, in-between serving customers with their food. All of that said, I would probably stay here again - the room was super.

Heerlijk verblijf, super mooi uitzicht en een onwijs fijne ruimte! Bij de wasbak wat waterschade maar dat valt in het niet, de suite is super fijn, mooi en prettig!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer außergewöhnlich (Achtung:halboffene Badezimmer). Wer einen besonderen Aufenthalt möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker. Leider waren die Teller nicht sauber und mussten ausgetauscht werden. Das angeschlissene Café ist sehr gut besucht, was leider auch zu langen Wartezeiten führt.
