IL CEDRO: the Tuscan style apartment is located on the attic floor and consists of a living room, a kitchen, a study and a bathroom with a shower cabin. In the sleeping area there are a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a twin bedroom, and a large bathroom with a shower cabin. Also the possibility of being able to add a cradle.
The house, just renovated, consists of 5 units each independent. The apartments are different from each other in size and furnishings and reflect our tastes, respecting the Tuscan style, but adding personal touches that give the rooms a unique style.
Each apartment is provided with bed linen and towels.
Check-in is between 15 and 17 and after this time it is necessary to agree. Check-out time is 11.00. Inside the structure there are some parking spaces. Additional free parking spaces are located in the square in front of the entrance to the village about 50m from the property. All apartments are equipped with independent systems and equipped with LCD TV with Italian and satellite channels, washing machine and dishwasher including necessary detergents, microwave, toaster, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothes rack and in common there is also a barbecue.
The kitchens are complete with crockery, pots and tablecloths. Wifi free throughout the structure.
The final cleaning of the apartments is not included in the price. The amount must be paid directly at the time of check-out. On request it is possible to have an additional cleaning fee as well as a change of linen. Small pets are allowed. A minimarket and other shops are located in the lower part of the Municipality of Uzzano opposite the Town Hall.
The nearest supermarket is located about 4 km in the municipality of Pescia.
