"I was totally satisfied with my stay here. Transportation to and from the airport was provided exactly as specified. My late check in was not a problem at all, all services were provided efficiently and professionally. The room was very clean and comfortable, but the star of the show is the shower. It provided high pressure and high heat, melting away all the fatigue from exploring Georgia during the day. Thanks."

"We were very happy to stay in the hotel for 3 nights. It is very classy: the room was big, quiet and cosy (actually it is better than it looks in the picture), the selling is high, hot water pressure is good, elevator going smooth and quiet, eating aria at 3 rd floor is very nice. Special thanks for the staff - everybody were very helpful, polite and friendly! Didn't have a chance to use a pool and check the area."

"Check-in was frustrating this time, because they clearly were not expecting us. English comprehension was very poor. I told her that I had reserved two rooms over a week before, but she insisted that I had no reservation. So I looked up my prepaid reservation on my phone and showed it to her. Even though she had heard and seen my name several times, she kept on looking through other reservations and asking if that was my name. After a very long wait, she finally found it. No way to welcome exhausted travelers at midnight. A pathetic excuse for a breakfast buffet as well. Rooms good."
