"We had a fantastic stay at the hard rock Hotel in Madrid. I highly recommend it. We were two parents and two children ages five and eight. The staff was super helpful, the pool was lovely, the room was spacious, comfortable beds. We loved the pillows. It had a lovely soaking tub and a very large shower. The hotel exceeded our expectations."
"Great location for tourists visiting Madrid with a Metro station and bus station a short walk away. Super friendly and helpful staff. Only minor complaint is the rooms are really bare bones. No fridge in a warm country seems odd. Bathroom and shower door are also the same which made showering a challenge. However, given the location and how good service was from the staff I would still stay there again."
"The property was in an excellent location for access to many of the Madrid amenities and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful, English skills were excellent. The offering of breakfast was a wonderful perk. It was plentiful and the varied. The roof restaurant gives a wonderful view of the City."
