"The staff was some of the best I have ever experienced, all of them, especially Gloria and Sara at the front desk, but they were all incredibly great. Cleaning staff was really good, accommodating and thorough. I loved the coolers by the front door full of water, wine, beer, coke, etc and you just grabbed what you wanted and could charge it to the room. Super convenient and not over priced. I hated the hair dryer that you had to hold the button, the signs everywhere demanding you to turning off water, etc I found them extremely annoying. No coffee maker in the room. The curtains do not completely close so it does not black out the room. The location could not be better. The manager of this Hotel deserved 100 gold stars for an incredible job."
"We loved the room and amenities, every was well appointed and beautifully decorated. Thereās a nice restaurant at the corner as well. Hotel even offers shuttle services to and from the train station, 5 euros, I'm wish w knew this when I couldnāt book a cab on my arrival, just call the Hotel."
"We stayed only 1 night enroute between destinations. It was a great place, close to the Treviso airport we came from and also to a major highway for the next day. It was clean, comfortable, and the front desk was friendly. Added bonus was a fabulous pizzeria a few minute walk away."
