This was the second time we stayed at this hotel . The first was a week before on our road trip to Germany . We were impressed by all the staff they are so friendly and even remembered our dog on the second trip . The outdoor dining terrace that is next to the beautiful clear river is a delight .

Hotel and staff are excellent. Beds are superb best one yet, restaurant is excellent everything about this place is 5*. Highly recommended to anyone who likes nice places.

Nous avons réceptionné une chambre côte autoroute. Comme nous n'avions pas de climatisation impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre....le bruit était infernal. Il faut avouer que nous avons eu un malheureux petit ventilateur..... Nous avons dîner à l'hôtel, nous avons été installé immédiatement....le serveur avait oublié de nous enregistrer et 25 mn d'attente alors que nous avions réservé....Quand le repas est arrivé très rapidement il faut l'avouer mais froid...Peut-être la faute à la malchance !!!! En tout cas l'ecoute n'était vraiment pas au rendez-vous. Il faut savoir que les chambres donnant sur l'arrière ( forêt petite rivière) était disponible mais aucun geste de la direction... Mais comment peut on attribué 4 étoile s à un hôtel novotel comme celui ci. En résumé je suis plus que déçu.

Super hôtel ! Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée, propre, lit grand et confortable, grande TV. Seul petit bémol il y a une bouilloire mais pas de cafetière. Le ptdj est est très complet avec beaucoup de choix et très bon. Vraiment très content de moi séjour !

Facture alors que je n’y ai pas séjourné !

Suite à une pluie torrentielle sur l’autoroute au départ de Nice, je me suis arrêté avec Aix-en-Provence. J’ai appelé l’hôtel pour annuler la réservation, ils m’ont indiqué que c’était totalement faisable mais que je devais appeler expédia pour ce faire et qu’ils accepter la demande d’expédia, j’ai réservé sur Hotel.com, j’ai tenté par tous les moyens de les joindre, j’ai discuté avec l’agent virtuel jusqu’à plus de 22h45 sans aucune réponse et ce matin je reçois la facture de l’hôtel, un comble puisque je n’y suis jamais allé et sur la facture y compris la taxe de séjour. Je vous demande instamment de bien vouloir annuler cette facture et de me rembourser étant donné que je ne suis jamais venu au vu des circonstances météorologiques exceptionnel.
