Schlüsselübergabe und -rückgabe ist etwas umständlich. Der Fahrstuhl könnte ein Update gebrauchen. Ansonsten waren wir mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden, die Lage ist optimal und die Umgebung sehr nett.
