The Ruzafa Apartment by Florit Flats

Cozy apartment located in the heart of the emblematic Ruzafa neighborhood, one of Valencia's most vibrant and fashionable areas. The neighborhood is known for its cosmopolitan atmosphere, wide variety of restaurants, charming cafes, traditional markets, art galleries, and lively cultural scene, all just steps from the apartment.



The apartment is ideal for couples or small groups of friends. It features a comfortable bedroom and a cozy sofa bed suitable for one or two people, accommodating up to four guests. It has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.



It is less than a 15-minute walk from Valencia's historic center, making it an excellent base for exploring the city on foot.



The building does not have an elevator, but the apartment is located on the first floor, so access is easy and doesn't require climbing many stairs.

Great Location, but not the best accommodations.

This location was wonderful. Close to everything! The manager was great - he met us when we arrived. Communication was excellent. However, it is a very small apartment. This is really only for 2 people - not three like we booked it for. The 3rd bed was a very uncomfortable couch in the main area of the apartment. The person sleeping on the couch had no privacy. We were charged an additional $360 for the 3rd person for the week. This was definitely not worth it. Although we mostly just used the apartment for a place to sleep and bathe, we also wanted to prepare a few of our meals in the apartment. The kitchen was tiny and it was difficult to make even the simplest meals. The bathroom was also very tiny and although it was cleaned, it felt dirty because it just was not very well upgraded. Knowing now what I know, I would most likely have paid extra to have better accommodations.
