"I loved that we could use the pool before check-in. The restaurant was easy to access and food was good. Our kid loved the wizard room, with bunk beds and fun wall art. The part that could be improved is the checkin and baggage delivery process - our check-in time was close to dinner time and staff has very little visibility into time to completion even if they want to help."

"I have stayed at other Sonesta suites before and this one was similar. It’s a little different than the typical hotel as there’s multiple buildings. I was in a building in the very back, quite a way from the main entrance and where you check in and get breakfast, etc. The person at the front desk when I checked in, wasn’t very friendly or very helpful. He basically just gave me my key and pushed a piece of paper in front of my face and told me to fill it out. He was also helping somebody else check-in that was in line behind me at the same time. Since I was traveling alone, it felt a little strange to be in a unit in the back corner. I didn’t eat any breakfast there so I can’t comment on the breakfast itself. I will say that the room was clean and it was very quiet which were both appreciated. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable. It did the trick for the short time I was visiting, but I don’t think I will be going back to this particular hotel again. Another pro was that as I was checking out the staff at the desk for checkout was actually very friendly and helpful."
