"This hotel was the highlight of our Sicily trip and my only regret is not staying there longer. The Aeolian Islands are a must see and stay here when you do. Everything is top notch at this hotel. The service and warm staff are just the icing on the cake. The views, amenities, food, drinks, all of it is top notch! We cant say enough amazing things about this hotel."

"The property is very cute and the breakfast is great each morning! However, there are many parts of the hotel that were under construction, either being built or fixed. The hottub was empty sitting by my room, so unable to use that. There were also no staff in the afternoons or evenings when I was there, so I could not enjoy the bar aspect of the outdoor dining area. "Our stay at Hotel Eros was terrific. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the proximity to beaches. The pool was lovely. Breakfast had many options and was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. "

"Great location and views, however incredibly overcrowded communal areas during the day (pool oversubscribed, reception cluttered with early arrivals). The room was spacious however incredibly damp and humid, noticeable on every wall. Air-con was in the room but basically didn’t condition the rooms to the point where going outside in 28 degrees was more refreshing than being inside. Both nights sleep were terrible"

"Posto molto bello, ma andrebbe rinnovato. Soprattutto il costo del soggiorno è troppo elevato per i servizi offerti. Basti considerare che nonostante la tariffa della camera sia molto alta, si paga l’accesso alla piscina. Inoltre manca internet e la pulizia dell’abitazione è ogni 4 giorni. Infine assurdi i prezzi del bar: 16 euro per un pane cunzato minuscolo. In conclusione posto dalle grandi potenzialità. Serve una gestione più attenta. "

Le note dolenti sono nei servizi : assenza di televisione i telefoni non hanno campo, almeno per i gestori da noi utilizzati, non esiste il wi.fay. "Fantastic location, older hotel but very charming. They need to cleanup the bottom floor/abandoned rooms on the ocean, but it really doesn’t effect the overall experience unless you venture down there. Beautiful views from rooms and hotel grounds."

"Amazing place! Very clean, great location: center of Canneto, right across from the beach (crystal clear water), and 10 min drive to the center of Lipari. The proprietor, Nicola is a very kind and generous person. He helped us with great suggestions, reservations for restaurants and excursions. Definitely will go to this place next time we are in Lipari. "
