A 52 m² holiday house for 6 guests, officially rated 2-star furnished tourist accommodation, fully air-conditioned, with a 42 m² private terrace and gated parking. A 5-minute walk to the beach (about 500 m) and 150 m from the shops in the centre: in Valras you can do everything on foot.

THE HOUSE
- Bright living room with corner sofa bed, flat-screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi.
- Fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area: 4-ring hob with extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, espresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, full set of crockery for 6.
- Ground-floor bedroom, step-free: double bed 140×190.
- Attic bedroom upstairs, wooden floor and skylight: double bed 140×190.
- Children's corner upstairs: small table and chairs, books, pencils and colouring books.
- Children's bedroom: bunk bed (2 single beds).
- Shower room with shower cubicle and washing machine, separate WC.
- Reversible air conditioning in every room, double glazing.

OUTSIDE
Large private terrace of 42 m² on the same level as the house, closed by a gate: awning, garden furniture for 6, barbecue. Your car parks inside the property, under shelter.

FAMILIES
Travel cot, high chair and baby bath provided free of charge on request.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am, always in our presence (inventory check and keys handed over in person).
- Please bring your own bed linen and towels, or rent them as an option: €15 per set of sheets, €5 per towel (book at least 3 days before arrival).
- End-of-stay cleaning is done by the guests; cleaning products are provided.
- No pets.
- July and August: Saturday to Saturday stays.

A bus runs from Valras to Béziers all year round.
