Total serenity

The House of Architects has super easy access to the Spa and our room was really comfortable and a great design experience also all the staff were really friendly and welcoming . We didn't dine in the restaurant the vibe was a bit too formal for us. The town of Vals is also a lovely area to walk around and further up the valley the reservoir has great views.

Pros: exceptional spa. Staff are very friendly and welcoming Cons: AC was inadequate. If you leave the balcony door open you would get the smoke from other guests smoking outside or worse the flying insects. No coffee or tea in room or minibar. Overall pleasing

Das House of Architects in Vals ist ein ganz besonderes Hotel – architektonisch beeindruckend und gleichzeitig gemütlich. Zimmer sind minimalistisch und nicht gross, aber durchdacht gestaltet: hochwertigste Materialien, viel Holz und Stein, dazu eine Atmosphäre, die Ruhe ausstrahlt.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte im Hotel und das sollte man auf jeden Fall machen super ist immer wenn man einen Tag erwischt wo es nachts zwischen 23 Uhr und 24 Uhr die Möglichkeit gibt in die Therme zu gehen

Wer Kunst mag, wird diese Unterkunft lieben. Die Zimmer im House of Architects sind mit vielen Ideen ausgestattet, die man entdecken kann. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein, weswegen wir keinen langen Aufenthalt in dieser Kategorie empfehlen würden. Das Essen im Haupthaus ist hervorragend, das Hotel Personal sehr zuvorkommend und professionell, die Therme einzigartig. Die Architektur des Haupthauses spricht für sich, auch wenn alle Häuser für den Laien nicht konsequent umgesetzt wurden (so wurde zum beispiel für unseren Geschmack das Treppenhaus noch zu stark in der Ur-Form gelassen), was aber sicherlich so geplant war. Die Therme sollte nicht fotografiert werden, haben aber leider heute Morgen direkt einen gesehen, der sich nicht dran gehalten hat. Leider sehr schade, da wir finden, dass man den Wunsch des Hotels respektieren sollte.

Das Hotel war sehr gut alles in allem. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist ok. Der Zugang zum Spa und Thermen- Bereich ist inbegriffen und sehr sehr cool. Auch cool war es das es 2 Restaurants gibt im Hotel (beide sind super). Schade war das wir einige Probleme mit der Dusche und dem Lavabo hatten, was aber sofort geregelt wurde. Auch muss ich sagen ist es schade hat es im WC kein Lüftungssystem. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und am Ende unseres Aufenthalts bekamen wir eine Stofftasche mit hausgemachten Brot und Valser-Wasser, das war sehr nice und cooles Souvenir.
