"Everything was lovely. The room was comfortable. The staff was amazing. The housekeeper on the 5th. Floor was, darling. I don’t know her name, but she was adorable and Luca in the bar in the evening was great. The morning staff was also incredible but the gentleman I don’t know his name, but he was short and ha sang and he was so friendly and lovely these were my favorites, but everybody was over the top wonderful! we will be back."

"Great view from the hotel above the lake, although this meant the walk back from the town is up hill (make sure to use the shortcuts via the steps at the back of the pool). The staff were very helpful and an issue with the safe was fixed very quickly. We did find the drain in the shower quickly overflowed soaking the bathroom floor but other than that the room was great. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and not too crowded when we visited (end of May)."

"Toplocatie met zwembad. Kamer erg ruim, maar gedateerd. Personeel aan de receptie erg vriendelijk, in het restaurant niet. Ontbijt maar tot 9.30 uur. Veel herrie vroeg in de ochtend van schoonmakers en de tweede ochtend iemand met een hogedruk reiniger. Ontbijt oke, maar erg rommelig. "

"I stayed for 5 nights at Hotel Vega and enjoyed each one. The staff is wonderful, the bed was the most comfortable one I had during my travels in Italy. Hotel is right on the water, very quick walk to town centre/shops/restaurants, ferries, and waterfront boardwalk. They had a great breakfast each morning which was a nice start to the day. I loved sitting on the waterfront deck and going swimming. Oh and the hotel is spotless clean, which is really important to me! I booked the waterfront junior...

"Hotel is situated in the old town right by the waters edge which is lovely You have check in at the hotel at top of the hill and they bring you down Room is fine if a bit old fashioned Breakfast is adequate but could easily be improved if they put a bit of effort into it We booked a waterside room but they didn’t mention on the web site that the ferries come right up to the hotel side Not good for sitting on the terrace drinking tea in the morning "
