"We stayed there for 3 nights. Location was very convenient. Breakfast was included in our price which made it a great value. The buffet choices were awesome. Minor issue with the toilet flush was promptly rectified. Unfortunately, due to the rains and fog during our stay, the mountain view visibility was zero. Otherwise, we'd stay there again if we visit Sapa next time."

"We were really glad we booked this hotel because the views were great despite the weather. If it rained all day we could still enjoy the views from the balcony as well as the cafe. Service was prompt and the rooms matched the pictures they advertise well. Things were clean and we enjoyed our stay"

"We're at Room 815 where the view is awesome including the Fansipan Tram bridge. Catcat village is around 15 minute walk downhill. The whole resort staff including Louis Tin we're very helpful and friendly. Excellent hotel service."
