When we requested for luggage storage cause I had a late flight on the check out day, hotel staff replied a big group is coming and no secure space for us to store our luggage, finally our luggage were placed at a public area at the hotel lobby.

Great location. Hotel is just a 12 min walk from royal oal train station and 17min walk to Metropolis Mall. We got an early check in which was highly appreciated. Breakfast was good, would have been nicer if there could be some variety in breakfast. The only thing they can improve is to have a compost bin in the breakfast area rather than everything going into the trash bin. Rooms have thin walls, we could hear staff vacuuming the floor upstairs and our for next door neighbors, we could hear everything.
