"Is a great location for the day surgery I had. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Only real down side is the bathtub and most definitely the bed could use a serious upgrade."

"The staff were extremely kind and helpful during our stay. They even helped keep our bags safe as we waited for our ferry back home, which was much appreciated. The rooms were very clean, and I enjoyed the commitment to being environmentally friendly. I would have liked to know the water filling amenities as it wasn't listed nor was it communicated. Instructions for the nespresso machine and a few more options for its uses would have been nice as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the staff were very kind."

"The staff were extremely helpful and always able to guide us in the right direction. The check-in was a very organized and smooth system. We particularly loved the heated bathroom floors!! That was a huge surprise. Convenient location to all downtown amenities. Would highly recommend!"
