We had a wonderful stay at Gage. Nice to be on campus and close to our daughter who is studying at UBC. Also the location is convenient to beautiful trails and walks, and close to downtown. The room was small, but very comfortable and had all that we needed for our stay.

Good & clean place for stay in a nice location. However for a longer stay and cooking some additional items needed. - Kitchen was missing some essentials. Coffee! (Tim Hortons is nearby), Strainers, Oven mittens, wooden spoon, aluminum foil, baking sheets salad bowls, mixing bowl, measuring cups & spoon -Body wash was low in both showers and a different brand was put in Dove body wash bottles.

Unbeatable location right in the heart of UBC, close to everything yet very quiet and peaceful. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and having a small kitchenette was super convenient. Friendly staff, easy check-in, and great value overall. Perfect for visiting family or touring the campus—highly recommended and will definitely stay again!

Overpriced for the type of accommodation, but otherwise a comfortable stay. I appreciated having a kitchenette to prepare meals. The close proximity to the hospital made it ideal for my family while I was admitted to UBCH. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The studio suite in Gage Hotel/Residence was very central - a short 15 minute walk to UBC Hospital. The suite is compact but very livable with a full stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher - cutlery, dishes and pans. Comfortable double/queen bed. Easy walking access to eateries and coffee shops. A lovely campus with lots of university student activities.

The staff were extremely helpful and the room was spotless! Location was fantastic and easy to walk to everything. I stayed here to race the Vancouver T100 and the location was perfect. Door to door shuttle service, with bike, from hotel to race.

It was clean modern, kitchenette,. It was also the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in, noooo water pressure at all, parking was advertised as free, but it was a $20 fee to park on the street for well under 12 hours. On top of that it was the most expensive hotel I have ever rented in my life, over $330 for one person, for one night. I will look for other options in the future

Not a thing to stress about from the moment I arrived. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The room was fantastic! Super clean, everything organized and easy to find in the kitchen. Absolutely will refer to others and would stay again.

I can always count on the Walter Gage properties when I'm visiting Vancouver. Check-in is easy, there is ample parking--even for a pickup truck, there are two coffee shops just steps away, the property is always pristine, and the location is excellent.
