The Douglas is our favourite spot in the city. The suites are beautiful and large. It’s always quiet and perfect for a weekend getaway. Nice to get a free upgrade to a 1 bed suite from Junior suite too!😊

It is a beautiful hotel and the staff is very friendly and attentive. We had an upgraded king room that overlooked the water feature. The Aesop bath products and robes elevate the stay. Unfortunately, on this visit, our particular room had a very noisy mechanical issue that disrupted our sleep but we would try this property again.

We rented a suite with a city view on the 9th floor. Between 11pm and 3am we could hear the very loud music form the club downstairs. For the price point it’s quite unacceptable.
