"Stayed end Sep 26 for motorcycle trip. Bancroft central to Ride the Highlands moto routes. This cottage central in Bancroft. Very convenient, steps from grocery store, two drug stores, restaurants, beer store and gas station (motorcycle refuelling). 3 adult riders travelling together, 3 bedrooms, plenty of space inside. Decks, bbqs, fire pit outside. Property as described, older building and decks, all fine for adult guests. Full kitchen amenities, we had breakfast, supper at kitchen and everything we needed was there. Easy check in, our host, Pat, was easy to reach and confer with via App and also telephone should it prove necessary. Recommend for those seeking trails, outdoor pursuits in area. While right in town, close to Hwy 26, we found it quiet at night because the town itself is quiet at night. Stairs to enter and to second floor for 2 bedrooms, would present definite challenge for those with severe mobility issues. Would stay again for future motorcycle trips."

"Beautiful cottage in a beautiful location, exceeded our expectations. Communication with host was smooth. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen surprisingly well equipped. Lake is great for swimming. 100% would rent again."

"This Property is super cute tucked away from the world on a lovely little lake but still close to Bancroft. Very easy to run into town for a nice dinner or walk around town and still not waste the entire day. Hosts are fantastic super friendly and quick to respond. I will absolutely be returning however, Next time it will be for a longer stay. Great spot !!! Absolutely loved it !!!"

"Great Vacation. Everything was as listed and then some. Very clean cottage. Was stocked with all we needed. Hot tub was fantastic in the winter. My only caution to others is the driveway in winter. Park across the top. I had a 4WLD vehicle and could not get out after the snow melted to ICE. Not a negative on the rental...Nature happens. Just be prepared next time. All in all a fantastic trip we will be coming back."
