The Stella vacation home, completed in the summer of 2024, features 3 bedrooms, a spacious living-dining area, 2 bathrooms, and a sauna.
Both the interior and the garden design impress with their sophisticated aesthetics and state-of-the-art amenities.
A spacious living-dining area awaits you on the first floor. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of light, fresh air, and sunshine for that extra vacation feeling, and the large patio doors lead directly onto your southwest-facing terrace, where you can enjoy the sun all day long.
Whether for your morning coffee or a cozy family barbecue: the beautiful garden, with its mature trees and lovingly designed landscaping, extends your living space outdoors whenever you wish.
The high-quality furnishings, made from natural materials and featuring aesthetic color combinations, create a particularly pleasant sense of space throughout the entire home.
The kitchen, integrated into the living area and equipped with appliances from renowned manufacturers, is fully outfitted: from the dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and freezer to pots, dishes, glasses, silverware, and small appliances like a kettle and coffee maker—you’ll find everything you need so you don’t have to go without anything while on vacation.
The large dining table easily seats 6–8 people, and there are high chairs for the little ones. From the cozy couch and the reading chair, you can stream movies on the flat-screen TV or enjoy music.
The guest bathroom in the entryway features a spacious shower, and the utility room is equipped with a washer and dryer to ensure a hassle-free vacation.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, each with custom-built closets that offer plenty of storage space. Two bedrooms are equipped with high-quality box-spring beds, and the two-tier bed in the third bedroom—custom-made by a carpenter—offers plenty of space for guests of all ages.
The master bathroom is equipped with an indoor sauna. Here, you can enjoy both privacy and a wonderful panoramic view through the bathroom’s glass walls and large windows.
Stair gates, a high chair, a crib, toys, and children’s books make the Stella house especially child-friendly.
A lockable bike shed, a private parking space in front of the house, and a private wall-mounted charging station round out the high-quality amenities.

Billed as a flat-rate electricity fee of €50.00 per week per electric vehicle
