"I was a bit put off by the fact that I had to pay $12 to park. When I went back and looked at website, it was there, but not something you would notice unless you were looking for it. I would feel better if they just added that to the price of the room instead of making it a separate charge. Too much nickel and dime-ing in the world today."

The next day someone did come to our room to assist but still only 4 channels available to view. With the amount of money spent for the weekend at this hotel.
