"Average hotel nothing spectacular. We were there only overnight. Breakfast was ok. What made this a pleasant stay was the quality of service from all employees we encountered from check in th room attendants to breakfast personnel all A-one, friendly and service oriented."

"Not a family Hotel at all , gnats flies everywhere in the room bathroom bed tables … Beds are comfortable, dirty stained towels and carpet when u walk bare feet ..,condition of the hotel is pretty much run down, needs immediate upgrading… hotel must like the Expedia now that they have a broken water pipe, which is creating a lot of flies around the property immediately, attaching some pictures and video of future clients "

"Stay was just good. I was able to check in an hour and a half early with no prior communication to the hotel of my arrival, which was awesome! I did need a touch up from house keeping for minor cleaning when I checked in. Housekeeping could work on their phone call skills and communication when a guest is calling them. I did not ask for a solution for this, but the streaming services were not available on our TV for some reason. But we had cable. Beds were comfy. Tiny balcony is nice. “No smoking on property” but do not fret, just not in rooms. You can smoke on your tiny balcony. I saw a housekeeper smoking at the entrance. Seems fine. Breakfast here was pretty awesome in my opinion, lots of good variety to choose from and lots of seating. I would recommend visiting the continental breakfast. "

"Room was ok when it comes to the cleaniness but the staff, especially the office staff, were rude and talked to me like I was a stray dog and the cleaning lady kept opening my room door without permission and doesn't even speak English so I was unable to communicate with her. I asked her repeatedly to not open my door without permission but since she couldn't understand English she kept doing it. 1 of the ladies that works the front desk came banging on my door about the room payment, which I had already paid for the previous night online via Expedia in which she repeatedly called me a liar and her attitude towards me and my best friend, who is handicapped. We had cockroaches gallore in our room as well and had to throw out half of the food we had just bought the previous day due to the bugs. Our refrigerator didn't even shut and was not cold whatsoever so the milk soured after only being in there not ever 24 hours. And it was dirty and had bugs in it as well and also the microwave. The morning of check out they came banging on the door yet once again demanding that we have less than 5 mins to checkout and again my best friend is handicapped and is unable to move around like that. There were stains on our bed sheets and the toilet and shower were dirty and hair in the drain of the shower. "

"Property and room was a little dated and could use some upgrades but overall was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was satisfactory however no variety from day to day..same items daily."

"The nice woman that checked us in was amazing, however our room had the ends of two joints that had been smoked (obviously in the room by the smell) sitting on the base of the lamp on the desk. NOW.. question is how do you clean a room and not see them? No hot water to shower with first thing in the morning, the floor in the area by the frig and coffee maker had a large stain of what appeared to be wing sauce on the floor. The floors themselves were sticky and just nasty. We stayed here for one night due to a visit at a near by hospital what was required. I can assure you that won't ever happen again ! Avoid this hotel. "
