"The property was very clean and the breakfast was exceptional. The staff all were very attentive to my needs,as I have mobility problems (Especially Manager Bridget). The property was easily accessible to all the things my wife wanted to see and do (All within walking distance). The staff suggested places to eat to my wife and took time to get to know us personally. We will be back to see and do more and will stay here again."

"Hotel was nice, room was spacious. Pool is no longer an outdoor/indoor pool like advertised, and the pool water and hot tub water smelled like it came from the pond outside, not enjoyable to sit in, came out smelling like mold. Bar/restaurant was nice and enjoyable with a live band and great food. Staff was very friendly."

"Everything was just about perfect. The only thing that I wish was a little different. The breakfast was really good. I wish there was more hot food options though. Besides that, I really have no complaints."

"We came for the Octoberfest and this property offered shuttles to the fest. It was perfect. The room was convenient and clean. Breakfast was provided and the staff very helpful and friendly. We will be back! * we've stayed at other America's Best on Buffalo for the Dingus Day event and they offered shuttle packages also. I will always check if there is one available for festival events."
