Excellent vacation apartment located a few steps from Cerro Gordo Beach. The apartment suit couples, families or a group of friends staying together.

The apartment is just 35 minutes from San Juan Airport

The apartment is located in the first floor of the complex. It offers the following:

- Master Bedroom: queen bed, sofa bed, closet and Cable TV
- Bedroom #2: 2 set of bunk beds (accommodates four people)
- Bedrooms are fully air conditioned. In addition,various fans are available.
- Fully furnished kitchen(no dishwasher) and dinning area
- Living room with sofa bed, Cable TV and fully air conditioned.
- Bathroom with shower (no bathtubs) and fully equipped
- Two private parking in front of the apartment

For each guest we include pillows, clean sheets and towels.

We suggest every guest to communicate anything they need during its stay, will be glad to help you.

- Condo amenities includes: (i) washing machine and clothes dryer, (ii) BBQ area and (iii) showers and bathrooms and (iv) gated community

The Cerro Gordo beach has bathrooms, snack bar, picnic tables and resident life guards. It also has scenic walking paths and biking trails with amazing views.

The apartment is just 35 minutes from San Juan Airport, 30 minutes from Arecibo and 60 minutes from the West Area (Isabela, Rincon).

In addition, the Apartment is less than 20 minutes from the Barceloneta Premium Outlet Mall and various Golf Courses are located within 10 minutes.

Many restaurants, golf courses, hotels, local facilities and fast foods are located within a 5 or 10 minute drives, including grocery, supermarkets and bakeries.

We recommend all guests to rent a car during their stay as, unfortunately, there is no public transportation in the area.
