You step out of the door and stand on the spacious terrace directly in front of the house, your own garden borders the private shore. Your gaze wanders to your own dock where your boats are moored. The Space:
The villa is 350sqm and offers you space for your whole family and friends. On three floors there is enough space to find retreats for longer periods with large groups, even if the weather should be rough.
The first floor with 12 meters panoramic windows on the lake offers you an unobstructed view to Ulricehamn in 18 kilometers distance. The floor on the ground floor is stone, the spacious dining room with children's chair for 14 people with lake view is a great retreat when it gets too warm outside.
In the living room you will find a grand piano and also the screen in the window for great entertainment evenings for the whole family. Bose sound and 50Mbit internet leave nothing to be desired here.
In the back separated by the library is the fireplace room with its own spacious sofa.
The kitchen offers you plenty of space to cook on for many: Oven, micro, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator with ice maker and a dishwasher help you prepare generous meals. The side kitchen for the "rough" made of stainless steel is well suited for fish preparation, also a larger wine fridge and additional refrigerator can be found here. A guest toilet is also located in the basement.
Upstairs are the bedrooms, 5 rooms for your private retreat. Each room has a clothes rail and dresser.

Upstairs you will also find three bathrooms that mean no waiting in the morning, 2 showers and a free standing bathtub offer you pure relaxation.
In the basement you will find a fitness room with a European barbell, dumbbells, fitness bands and a boxing sand for an intense workout. The other basement is the laundry room with an up-to-date washing machine and dryer.
Outside you will find the sauna house with a cozy relaxation room and a sauna for 8 people. The digital control regulates the sauna perfectly for you. The covered sitting area opposite the sauna with a view of the lake allows you to enjoy a cozy evening with wellness. At the back of the house you will find a spacious terrace in front of the kitchen with awning and outdoor kitchen. 7 KW gas burner and pizza oven leave no wishes open how you can spend the evenings. On the lake side you will find the entire length of the house with a terrace, slightly elevated with a view over the wide water. The private 35 meter long jetty takes you far into the lake, so you can go directly into the water after sauna or on warm days with the pool ladder.
As the sun sets, subtle lights go on throughout the garden and on the jetty, promising a pleasant evening ambience.
Guest Access:
The villa is only for you when you arrive, you can use everything with appreciation.
Locked remains in the kitchen pantry, upstairs storage room and a technical basement room.
A total of 3 cars have space on the property, parking outside is not possible. No shoes are possible in the house and the marble is quite cool, please think of slippers for your own comfort.
Locked in the kitchen remains the pantry, upstairs the storage room and a technical basement room. The linen closet as a backup is in the entrance area. You can use laundry from us if you come by plane or forgot something. Since there is no laundry here, we wash it ourselves at the house and charge our effort 25€ per person and set (shower towel, pillow & comforter cover and sheets).
They are really nice neighbors, typical Swedish. Please greet everyone and everyone will be happy. Please have respect for others privacy, please do not enter neighbors property and do not drive boats close to other houses. The road to the house please drive slowly, child and animals play there.
Other Things to Note:
We charge for electricity - we are applying to become a climate-neutral company, and calculating consumption has led to a 50% reduction in energy consumption. Conscious consumption helps our planet. We charge €0.4 per KWh. In summer it's about €8 per day and in winter about €14. However, you can also pay a fixed fee if you prefer.
In addition to bed linen, you also have a small towel with you. If you would like extras such as large shower towels, made-up beds, boats or massages for your dream vacation, you can simply add these to your boarding pass after booking.
Before your arrival, you will receive the link to your boarding pass, where you can easily pay your deposit of €200, which will then be offset against the electricity costs.
Interaction with Guests:
We have a digital guest folder! You will receive a link to your boarding pass after your booking. There you can leave your deposit and then have access to the check-in details, can add add-ons, solve questions with the FAQ about the house with video or simply write to me if you need something.
