The hotel is really nice and in a great area. It’s walkable to main attractions and there are lots of restaurants and shops around. The individual room is tiny, we didn’t realize how small it was going to be, but it was cute and comfortable. The bathroom was a nice and shower had good water pressure. The only thing we didn’t like is that there was No air conditioning. We asked and they said that since is not hot season yet, is not available (went in April). We had to sleep with the window open, which since we had gotten a canal/street view, made it hard to sleep because it was sooo noisy. Other than that our stay was good.

We had a great stay!! It was clean, comfortable, and the best part was the amazing service from the people. They were warm, friendly, and excellent hosts. From the train station, it was about half a mile walk. Not bad but there were quite a few stairs over canals to walk. We had breakfast included and that was nice. Nothing crazy, but sufficient and a nice way to get the day started. The bread and coffee were great, and the set up was so pretty. It was in a perfect location and the WiFi, bathrooms, etc were all great! I recommend staying here. The only thing that was wonky was that we didn’t know how to find the place.. it’s in 3 different buildings that are next to one another, so if you arrive at one and it doesn’t have a person there, look around.

This is a hidden gem in Venice. The hotel was super well located, felt very safe and it was impeccably clean. I stayed at a single room, which was very small, but it was fine. I was able to walk everywhere in less than 20 mins, and there is a supermarket with 4 mins walk. The staff was super helpful, and the breakfast was very generous, good and varied. Definitely recommend!
