Detached house on 2 floors, in the heart of Venice, a stone's throw from the Ponte delle Guglie (The bridge is always very busy as it is located in one of the "arteries", the Strada Nuova, which connects the Piazzale Roma - Ferrovia area with Rialto and San Marco) near the San Marcuola landing stage, 5 minutes from the train station, 10 minutes from Piazzale Roma. The house, recently restored, offers various comforts and great tranquility that you can enjoy while savoring the authenticity of the Cannaregio neighborhood!
The space
The "Twin Hearts Venice Residence" is a single and independent house on 2 floors with an independent entrance, equipped with independent heating and air conditioning, and for its intimate and comfortable flavor is an ideal place for vacation and relaxation.
On the ground floor there is a pleasant living room with TV and wi-fi and an equipped kitchen, bathroom, dressing room and a small sauna to warm up on winter days. On the 2nd floor there are two double bedrooms.
The price of the sauna is not included in the price of the stay, the sauna will be available on request and for a fee of 150 euros - for 3 hours (disposable slippers and a sauna hat will be offered). If you enjoy cooking for your family and friends, the property is equipped with a well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, stove and refrigerator, as well as plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 6 people.

- Starting from August 2011, the tourist tax came into force in Venice. It is 4 euros per person per night (the first 5 nights) EXCLUDED from the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival. This money, by law, is directed to the municipality of Venice for the maintenance of our beautiful city. Children under 10 are free while children from 10 to 16 pay 2 euros per night.
