Location was excellent. 10 out of 10. Room was ok. Bathroom very good. Our AC broke and it was repaired very quickly. Breakfast was ok. Could have changed it a bit day to day.

The staff was so kind, welcoming and accommodating. We loved the breakfast and the cappuccinos! They also were so helpful to us navigating and recommended some wonderful places to eat.

We liked the location and the air conditioning worked better than any of our other Italian hotels. Staff was nice, helping us with our bags and setting up at 6:30am taxi for us. The hotel was a little dated but we liked the historic feeling of it because it was still clean and the views were good.

Wife, 2 kids & I enjoyed staying 3 nights in a large room with high ceiling. It's less than a ten minute walk West to Saint Marks Square. We'd definitely return to this hotel.

The hotel is old but in a great location. Beware there is no elevator. They do have an elevator for luggage. It was refreshing to find our room ready at 12 o’clock, after a long flight that was very good. Location was great Breakfast was more than adequate Staff were very helpful Beds were on the harder side, seems to be that way in Italy The shower in this particular room was very small, but did the job Depending on what way you come into town beware it’s a decent walk from the public water taxi to the hotel and you have several bridges to go over. On a hot day like hours it was a struggle. We are little older and it was boiling hot out. Just know that it’s a pretty good walk. Overall, a nice old hotel and a nice location
