This hotel is a beautiful, stylish, comfortable haven on Murano away from the hustle and bustle of Venice. Very comfortable rooms. Great breakfast overlooking the lagoon. Staff are proactively helpful. Would love to return soon.

The staff were amazing ! Super customer friendly and focused, accommodating and understood the customer needs ! The hotel super clean the room super comfy and clean the location in Murano is fab super close to restaurants, local shop and the water taxi. It’s a great escape from super busy Venice !

Really great place to stay. We had originally booked a place in Venice itself but had to check out due to some issues there. This was a last minute check in and the staff were great and the room was lovely. Would definitely recommend staying on Murano rather than Venice. Plenty of options for getting back to Venice and easy to get to the airport. Also had the chance to take a private boat round to a glass making factory to see a demonstration. This was free and a really lovely extra. Kids really enjoyed it.

Nice quaint hotel, rooms are small but they work well and have a nice terrace. Very romantic. Really the only thing we did not like is for $300 euros a night, you don’t get an included breakfast. It’s good hotel, truly, Murano is a nice town but it’s a bit pricey.

Stylish hotel tastefully decorated in a good location with a good restaurant. Breakfast is excellent. The terrace on our room was huge, we had morning coffee there and wine in the evening after dinner it was perfect. Staff are attentive and friendly and gave us some great information about the water buses and local restaurants. Would absolutely stay again.

Very nice hotel. The staff were very helpful. The hotel is in a very quiet location. There isn’t much to do in the area. There are only a few restaurants near by. This was fine with us since we were winding down from a very busy trip. We were able to get a water taxi from the hotel to the airport in Venice. The hotel helped us arrange it at the desk. It is about a twenty minute ride from the hotel to that airport. It is expensive to do this. Just be aware. The shops on Murano close early and the restaurants don’t open until late for dinner. Just something to be aware of.

We had a lovely stay at NH Collection Murano Venice. The hotel feels new, with a clean, sleek design and thoughtful touches such as USB-A and USB-C charging points, motorised curtains and warm lighting that created a cosy ambience. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to visit on both Murano and in Venice. Murano was a hidden gem for travelling with a toddler. There is a playground next to the hotel and two more within about a mile. The island is also much quieter than Venice, making it easier to get around with a young child. The main area for improvement was the usefulness and availability of the amenities. The €8 shuttle to Venice was convenient, but more frequent services would have been helpful. While the spa and complimentary champagne may appeal to some guests, we would have appreciated more family-friendly or practical options. It was also difficult to get food at the hotel, as the restaurants were fully booked during our stay. Room service, which cost an additional €10, was unavailable even on the evening we arrived. This was inconvenient, particularly with a toddler. Overall, the modern hotel, excellent staff and relaxed atmosphere of Murano made it a great base for exploring Venice. We would happily stay here again.

NH Collection Venezia Murano Villa was an amazing place to stay. The location is unique, beautiful, and peaceful, making it a wonderful place to experience Venice. The staff was exceptional—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. A special thank you to Matteo, who helped us during check-in. He provided excellent recommendations, explained how to get around Venice, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The restaurant was also excellent, with great food and a wonderful dining experience. Combined with the outstanding service and beautiful property, it made our stay even more enjoyable. The overall experience exceeded our expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice. We absolutely loved our stay at NH Collection Murano. The staff was warm and the property is beautiful with seating areas and gorgeous views all around from our terrace and the main one above the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. We also enjoyed being away from Venice. The shuttle is convenient but the taxi is even faster. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Loved staying on Murano — quieter than Venice. The hotel arranged boat transfer from the airport that was easy and from there we did the vaperetto public boats to get around including to the train station without any problems. Room was a little smaller than I expected but the patio was huge and it was nice to have a private outdoor space.

Wonderful hotel . Very clean , stylish and comfortable. Staff are also fantastic and couldn’t be more helpful . Away from busy centre so peaceful but easy 15 minute water taxi ride to central Venice . Will definitely return .

Water taxi directly from the airport is very convenient. Hotel is modern and comfortable. Buffet breakfast is average. Dinner at restaurant is exceptional, but the host and bar staff need training on customer service.

Great hotel, really nicely located in Murano and close to a water bus stop which was really helpful. The rooms and hotel were lovely and decorated in keeping with a modern Murano style. Staff were really helpful and friendly. My only slight kind request was for them to know a bit more about the water busses etc eg we needed to pick up pre booked tickets and were told we could only get these at the Collano stop but you can get these from the ticket machine at Faro which would have been much easier if we had known. Also on the map the hotel provides it says you can pick up the red line airport water bus from Museo stop which is not the case. Just minor points and we worked it out ourselves in the end. However overall I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It was a lovely and comfortable stay in a lovely location.
