This elegant noble floor inside Palazzo Soranzo dell'Angelo (1400) is located in the Rio della Canonica, known for the Bridge of Sighs, the bridge that connects Palazzo Ducale to the prisons, which you can see from a corner of the balcony overlooking the canal. At the time of the “Serenissima”, convicts, crossing the bridge, let out a sigh looking at the window lagoon before being led into their cells and, often, to their death.

A stone's throw from this apartment with its majestic and cleverly refined design is Piazza San Marco and a 10-minute walk away you can reach the Rialto Bridge and the Rialto Market.

The apartment is located on the first floor without elevator, and consists of: large living room with living area and dining area, balcony with outdoor table and chairs, two bedrooms with double bed, one with walk-in closet, two bathrooms, and kitchen.

Inside it is equipped with every comfort, it has independent heating, air conditioning, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, iron and ironing board, 3 televisions.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and various kitchen utensils.

The nearest water bus stop is “San Zaccaria” from which you can easily reach the train station, Piazzale Roma, Il Tronchetto, Marco Polo airport and the beaches of Lido. It is also possible to reach the apartment by private water taxi from any destination, which we can book for you at any time.

A security deposit of €500 will be requested through pre-authorization of the credit card, or in cash, which will then be returned at the end of the stay.



Check-ins are possible from 15 to 19. The later ones are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. Upon check-in, the payment of the tourist tax will be required, which is equivalent to 5€ per person per night, and a rental agreement will be filled out and signed, where the details of a credit card in the name of the guests will also be entered as a guarantee for damages.

Pets are not allowed.
