Wonderful apartment recently renovated, located on the second floor of a Venetian palace of the late 1700s in the heart of the historic center of Venice.The apartment is fully furnished with designer furniture, modern-style paintings and wallpapers, and large bright windows overlooking the canal.The accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa and a splendid open kitchen fully equipped with an oven, washing machine, and dishwasher; two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and one with two single beds. a bathroom with a shower and window completes the layout.There is a sofa bed in the apartment.The building does not have an elevator.Our guests will have additional amenities such as air conditioning, a hair dryer, a toaster, and free WIFI.* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival.
