This is a great hotel to stay in Venlo right in the main square. Feels luxurious and comes with free buffet breakfast. Hard to fault this hotel on anything really. Only possible thing was prob that ordered a twin room and got a double bed which was 2 single beds together so had to work out a way to seperate them. Glass toilet and shower in room so not much privacy so make sure youre staying with someone youre comfortable with. Overall great value for money though and would def stay here again

Loved the room, staff, breakfast. I was there on a Saturday night and had no idea things would still be going at midnight. A little much for me but the room was beautiful and spacious and the breakfast great. Can’t beat the in town location.

Super clean and great indoor cleanliness. The hotel is also good. Had a very hard time for the taxi guy to locate this place. People around it had not heard and there were other people whom we met who also had trouble locating this place. They better provide some landmarks like next to City Hall or so.

We had a big, nice room, but no external window, we looked adjecent office personel in the eye from 3 meters across the small atrium. Also for them propably a shocking sight :-). Breakfast wasn't bad, but not great either.

Everything about this hotel is great in theory. Town centre location, plenty of cafes/food outlets/shopping right outside & the hotel is spotlessly clean. Sadly, this was a disappointing experience for us. We arrived to find that the resaurant was not open on Mondays (a minor inconvenience so not a big problem). We were then given the keys to our room which was as described but it's only window pointed to a small enclosed area where neighbouring windows facing you were only around 2 metres away. The bathroom was part of the room, seperated only by a glass panel with very little privacy (Maybe it's me but I don't like to see a sillhouette of my fiancee sat on the toilet & no soundproofing). The hotel is situated next door to the town church which is charming in theory but you're going to need your windows open in June & the hourly chiming of the bells gets tiresome late into the evening & early in the morning. Finally, I didn't enjoy being waken at 7am by the fire alarm. I appreciate that fire alarms are there for safety but after quickly rushing to get dressed & run outside we waited for 10mins before a member of staff explained that the fire alarm had only been activated because a guest had "set the shower too warm". This is so frustrating and is a direct result of the flawed design of the bathrooms which are built without extractor fans. It's worth noting that no apologies were offered by staff. This may be a language or cultural barrier but it was still poor.

Sehr freundlicher Service. Tolles Ambiente. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles war sauber. Etwas befremdlich ist das ziemlich offene Klo, Sichtschutz nur durch etwas Milchglas. Aber damit kann man auch leben. Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker. Von Obst über Joghurt und Müsli, Eier, Rührei, Speck, Würstchen,Brötchen, Brot, Croissants, Aufschnitt, Käse, Gemüse, diverse Tee und Kaffeesorten. Also wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Het hotel heeft een ideale locatie in het centrum en maakt een verzorgde indruk. De kamers zijn schoon en netjes onderhouden, wat bijdraagt aan een aangenaam verblijf. Helaas liet het ontbijt wat te wensen over; bij aankomst was de keuze beperkt en werd er nauwelijks bijgevuld, wat een teleurstelling was. Daarnaast zijn de kamers aan de straatkant minder aan te raden vanwege mogelijke geluidsoverlast. Buiten deze punten is het hotel verder keurig en goed onderhouden."*

Absolute toplocatie en lekker ontbijt. Onze junior suite was heel ruim met een heerlijk bed. Wel met een paar technische mankementjes: licht dat niet naar behoren werkte en douchekop die eens aangepakt moet worden. Inchecken aan de balie was behoorlijk koeltjes, we leken een beetje de dame te storen in haar werkzaamheden... Gelukkig was ze niet representatief voor de andere medewerkers, die wel heel vriendelijk waren. Al bij al zeker een aanrader op een unieke locatie.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön modern eingerichtet und sauber. Doch die Qualität der Betten sind o-lala, Matratze zu hart, der Rücken tat uns morgens weh, die Kissen leider billige Qualität nicht kuschelig sondern sehr steif. Ab 12 Uhr nachts bis 3 Uhr morgens war durchgehend laute Discomusik zu hören und die jungen Leute hörte man auch bis in die Früh auf den Straßen rundum feierten. Leider sind die Fenster von schlechter Qualität und sollten durch 3-fach-Verglasung ausgetauscht werden. Wir waren schon 3 x in diesem Hotel. Würden gerne wieder kommen ansonsten war alles sehr gut und es gab sonst nichts zu beanstanden. Auch das Frühstück ist lecker und in dem wunderschönen Frühstücksraum mit dem sehr freundlichen Personal fühlt man sich sehr wohl. Also, neue Fenster rein und neue Kissen und Matratze und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
