"No laundry and I couldn't find the ice machine. The curtains in the room were outdated and windows hard to open. Breakfast was adequate. Coffee is better than average. The best thing about the hotel is the location, an easy walk to the mission and downtown. Also not far from the pier and beach."

But if you book with a third party -- such as Expedia -- they won't upgrade or accommodate requests. "
