"The only good thing about this hotel was the location. Ants in the room, shower head didnt work the first night, bedey didnt work, chipped furniture, mold in the shower, rust on the mirror."

"We had a lot of problems starting with the bad smell of the 6th floor, the water of the shower seep through the walls and all the entrances of the room was wet, the shower make a lot of noise like a machine I ask the staff to move me to another room and they excuse was no rooms available, but the thing is the reception is closed at night Very bad experience and this is NOT A HILTON, it looks like a cheap hotel"

"El hotel destaca claramente por su ubicación frente a la playa en Copacabana, pero yo las habitaciones necesitan una renovacion total, los muebles estan viejos y deteriorados, los cuadros lamparas y cortinas se ven super antiguos."

"Our check in was great, we arrived later in the day and our room was ready upon arrival. The front desk staff was very friendly :) the location of the property and the amenities were great! we had drinks on the roof in the evening and the view was beautiful overlooking the beach. the section of the beach used by the hotel was really nice to have and it was easy to get drinks. you could also leave your bags at the cabana with the attendants so you can go in the ocean. I would recommend this hotel! the only downside to our stay was that our room did have a musty smell most likely coming from the AC. The balcony door was nice to have so we could open for fresh air but it did not mask the smell. The hotel was full so there was no other room to switch to and I did call to the front desk both days we were there to see if they could bring an air freshener and have the unit looked at but i dont believe anything was done. hopefully it can be fixed for the next guests :) "

"The breakfast fruit was very soggy, and the staff was terribly rude. As a traveler new to Brazil, the staff refused to accommodate guest even blocking me and others from entering the hotel without returning payment. The room had ants everywhere including in the bathroom, shower, bed and desk. "

"O hotel tem uma excelente localização. Por ser um período em que ocorreria um grande show quase que em frente, concentramos todas as refeições no restaurante do hotel, que tem também ótimo atendimento. Adoramos! "
