Refused to refund my small amount of money for a one night stay of $71 even tho there was a medical emergency followed by a 4 day hospital stay. Pretty shady if you ask me. I would have even rebooked a different day and probably came again in the future but now im disgusted and will never spend a dime on this greedy owners place in my life while also making sure no one I know or talk to will again. And I work in customer service so I hope Karma comes back to you sir!

Plugs were not secure in the wall and I did not want to risk electrocuting myself. The room was unclean with multiple cobwebs and the floor feeling extremely dirty. The tub dripped and there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector. Not only that but the door did not lock properly so a chair was used as a fail safe. If zero stars could be given it would be.

The office had closed for the night at 9 PM, but there was no call from them about our check-in and nothing online stating the office had limited hours. A note on the door said “back in 5 minutes” and, after waiting ten, I was informed they were closed and the front desk associate would be there in ten minutes. He was quite dismissive at check-in, and said he just assumed I wasn’t coming. The room was fine, and it was quiet enough. Just don’t expect a smooth check-in if you happen to be traveling late.

Well - I guess you get what you pay for - the room was not that clean, it needs refurbishing - rust in the bath tub and bathroom sink etc. Even though it was a non smoking room it smelled of cigarette smoke. the reception person was friendly and welcoming. But I would not stay again

When my wife and I arrived there was no one at the front desk so I looked around the property to see if there was any staff. There were some long term residents. One of them called the front desk clerk on her phone. After waiting 45 minutes he finally let us in the office. When we confronted him he was very rude and acted like it wasn't his problem. We will never stay there again.

They do have an office which is occupied at check in time. Calling direct always led to a voice messaging service. Owner needs to unlock the pool and that inconvenience had me avoiding those facilities. They accomodated an early checkin and it suited our purposes of a couple night stay.
