It was a really nice room, clean and comfortable. It was more like the New York City Studio apartment. It had a kitchen with a full oven, large refrigerator, microwave & toaster..

A hidden gem, my handicap accessible room was large and clean. The breakfast was fresh, even the toppings for the oatmeal, which surprised me. Very good in all aspects.

In room 714 on our last night I just had a feeling why would there be two mirrors in the bathroom? I felt behind the mirror and felt a mirror on the other side. Saw there was damage to the back or the wall behind the mirror as well. It was very creepy and with it being right by a University that’s just disturbing.

We stayed here with our son and his service dog. Everything at the hotel was handicapped accessible for him and his wheelchair from the ramp up to the room to the shower in the bathroom. The room was very clean and neat and even the grounds were well maintained. Everyone was very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Keep up the great work!

Lily is an amazing employee who goes above what is expected to help others. She seems to truly care about your stay, the house cleaning staff was friendly, cordial and polite as we passed many on the side walks ( a nice feeling as we walked to and from breakfast ). We loved our room and will be staying again...thank you

Check in was a right. Lily spoiled us last visit. Our room was top notch and comfy. Noisy neighbors above us until 1:30 but we left smiling and happy. Desk host in the morning is a complete gentleman; friendly, helpful and had a warm smile. Definitely a place we will pick to stay again.

The bathroom floor where it meets the wall was dirty and had dust bunnies... same on the little ledge/lip of the tile baseboard. Bed and living room were clean.

Potholes big enough to swallow a wheel all over the driveway. So much salt had been laid down I thought we were being preserved. The front desk worker Latricia was very nice and accommodating to our requests. I asked for an additional blanket as the room had been cold the night before which she provided with no problem. She went out of her way to be pleasant when I noted that the water cooler in the exercise room was leaking. She was also very helpful with directions. Keep her on staff!

Outside it smells like a sewer broke. I couldnt open the door to leave, the door was jamming (fire hazard) room 713. The room itself was fairly clean superficially, but I could see it wasn't deep cleaned on carpeted areas there were leaves and a hair or two found from prior visitors.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The manager Koch and his employees like to commit fraud. When I left the room it was perfectly fine, me and my daughter cleaned it and made sure everything was in order. Then 2 days later I check my account to find a $500 charge. I called the hotel and was told by Mr Koch that I broke the TV by throwing the remote at it and the remote was smashed all over the floor. This must be his way of getting new stuff for his rooms because I found other reviews of the same thing happening to people at this same hotel. If you do stay here video your room on the way out so if you do get a charge like this you can get these people arrested.
