"Our cabin was more than I expected. It was stocked with all the necessities. The view was breathtaking. We had access to the lake with canoes, kayaks and a pedal boat. We were able to go fishing (catch and release), and end the day with s'mores around the fire pit. I WILL definitely stay here again!!"

"Beautiful property with amazing lake views and a great outdoor space to relax and enjoy the scenery. The home was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a peaceful getaway. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!"

"The house has a wonderful view of the lake and accomodates a group comfortably. The property is rustic and dated, but comfortable and clean. Utensils and other necessities are provided which was a plus! The beds are older and id suggest bringing your own pillows. 4 rocking chairs on the upstairs deck make watching the sunset a lovely experience! The host is easy to contact and was helpful whenever we needed him. The area is super close to the cultural center and walmart for activities and necessities."

"It was nice. Much smaller than I anticipated. However, was clean and did the job. The bed downstairs was very uncomfortable to us. After a day of hiking turner falls a good nights rest was needed. The bed was something left to be desired. Overall, it’s a good stay. "

"My husband and I were looking for a quiet, waterfront place where we could relax, read a good book, and do a little fishing. Unfortunately, the listing photo was misleading. The cabin is not waterfront, and the water is not a two-minute walk as described, which was disappointing.That said, the cabin itself was comfortable. The bed, pillows, and couch were all cozy, and we slept well. However, there were some maintenance and cleanliness issues that should be addressed. We found mouse droppings in the kitchen drawers and under the sink, the front panel of the dishwasher was missing, making it unclear how to use it, and the washer and dryer were in an awkward location, which made loading them challenging. We also had trouble reaching the host because the contact information was incorrect, and we had to go through customer service to make contact.Despite these issues, we made the best of our stay and still enjoyed the area. We visited several surrounding lakes, Turner Falls, and tried local dining — all of which were great. We especially recommend Fat Bully’s for fantastic burgers, calf fries and fried Jalapeños. Great atmosphere and friendly service With some updates, better accuracy in the listing, and improved cleanliness, this place could be much better. The location itself has potential, and the surrounding area is definitely worth visiting."
