"Cleanliness can be improved and beds are very soft. We didnā€™t like it. Every room has a lock and one was locked upon arrival. We had to request the code to open the door. We asked to check out later. Only 2hrs later possible. We booked 2 apartments and asked for a late check out for only o e apartment. They charged us for both. On top of it the cleaning lady entered the apartment to clean at 9h15 while we were still in it!! She didnā€™t care and cleaned anyway. Very uncomfortable and awkward. A...
