The Space:

Spread across two levels, Seachange is a bright and welcoming coastal retreat that celebrates the beauty of Victor Harbor at every turn. Upstairs features the master bedroom with ensuite, while the open-plan living and dining area opens onto a wide balcony, the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset drinks while watching the tide roll in. The space is filled with natural light and relaxed coastal charm.



Downstairs offers two comfortable bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a relaxed living area that flows effortlessly to the outdoors. With ducted air conditioning, secure parking, direct beach access, and a pet-friendly environment, everything has been designed for a carefree and enjoyable seaside stay.



The home sleeps up to 10 guests, with beds made up for 8 people: the upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, downstairs bedroom three has a queen bed, and bedroom two features two king single bunk beds. If you wish to accommodate 10 guests, extra mattresses can be taken from under the bunk beds, but guests will need to bring their own bedding for these mattresses.



Whether you are unwinding on the balcony, taking a stroll along the coastal trails, or enjoying a meal at nearby cafés and restaurants, Seachange provides the ultimate Victor Harbor escape, a peaceful modern retreat by the water.



The Neighborhood:

Victor Harbor offers the perfect coastal escape. Enjoy walks along Franklin Parade and the nearby beaches, explore Granite Island via the Causeway, or take a ride on the horse-drawn tram. Calm waters are great for kayaking, paddle-boarding, or fishing, and pet-friendly parks like Kent Reserve are ideal for relaxing outdoors. Walk and grab a coffee or meal at nearby cafés and restaurants, visit the South Coast Markets, or take a short drive to nearby wineries, scenic walks, and historic towns for a full coastal experience.



Other Things to Note:

This is a very strictly non smoking and vaping property both inside and outside. Non compliance with this will result in fines of $250.

No parties, no schoolies.

Must be 25 years of age to book.

Sorry, no young children under the age of 12.

One well behaved non-shedding dog is allowed on holiday with you, but please let us know beforehand. A $75 pet fee will be payable.



Our properties are fully self-contained and we supply starter provisions consisting of laundry powder, dish liquid, dishwasher tablets, a dish cloth, bin liners, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper, as well as bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap). A spare roll of toilet paper is provided per toilet. Please note that these complimentary provisions are supplied to get you started for your holiday and are not replenished during your stay. We provide bathroom linen for the number of guests included in your booking only. Please bring your own beach towels. Bathroom linen is strictly not to be used for the beach.



A 25% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, which includes a non-refundable $30 payment processing fee. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Pricing reflects standard occupancy and associated household use. Accurate guest numbers must be confirmed prior to arrival to ensure the home is prepared and serviced accordingly.
