We had a lovely family room which had 2 bedrooms and a living room with large kitchen.the place was immaculate. We especially enjoyed Pardon who took us everywhere in Vic Falls. He was such a gentleman and told us lots of stories about everything. So much fun. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Highly recommend

Some of the friendliest staff anywhere, especially Thembi in the dining area, who was so accommodating and caring. We felt like we had the full attention of the staff and they endeavored to make sure our stay was perfect. Due to the location, we ate a few meals at the lodge and they were reasonably priced and very good. Excellent water pressure in the shower, comfortable beds. pool was nice and the place is clean and quiet. Definitely worth the price!

The rooms are spacious and kept very clean as well as well maintained. The staff went out of their way to ensure that we had earlier breakfast than usual before we checked out, really customer care par excellence.

Ideal hotel during my stay. The staff was excellent. Very helpful with coordinating transportation into town and do the airport. Great room, really nice property. Definitely would stay here next time I visit.
