For a budget hotel this exceeded our expectations! The breakfast was light but perfect to start your day. Coffee and tea anytime you’d like. Rooms were clean, hot water and the air conditioner worked great!! The staff went above and beyond to help book anything you like!

The staff was always cheerful and helpful unwilling to chat. If you want an activity, they all knew how to get it for you, even if it was supposedly booked full. Breakfast was always perfect as much as little as you needed and the coffee was hot. It was nice. They had a little store on site if you wanted to soda or a bottle of water or an alcoholic beverage. The pool is small, but it does the job. All of the taxi drivers know where this place is and they have a nice parking area. They also hire a guy to be security at night, which is nice.

1. Staff are nice and friendly. I enjoyed talking with them. 2. The garden, the buildings, the furniture, the decorations..all create great atmosphere that makes me feel I’m in Zimbabwe. Being quiet and you feel in the nature. A review says he/she didn’t get hot water but I didn’t have any trouble with that. 3. The location is good enough for me. There is a nice bar restaurant- Social Cafe - and a small shop - Seven to 11 - within 10 minutes walk. It takes roughly 40 mins to Victoria Falls. You may feel it’s little far but I enjoyed walking there and found things, 4. Finally, I love the name of the lodge - Kasongo. I saw wild Kasongo on my way back from Victoria Falls and they are so lovely. I don’t know about other lodges this area but I will definitely come back!!

The woman at reception was exceptional; she eagerly met our every need. Room was very nice and clean. Only issue was I never got hot water in the shower. I came directly from a small village in Ghana that also has no hot showers so didn’t mention it, but should have (room #1).

Hôtel situé à 25 mn à pied du centre ville où à 5 mn en taxi contre 5 $. Espace vert et piscine bien entretenu par contre chambre propre mais vieillotte. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel car il était mentionné restaurant. C'est faux il n'y en a pas. Donc très déçu car pour manger il faut se déplacer en ville et comme il est déconseillé de marcher la nuit à cause des animaux, celà oblige à prendre un taxi. Nous étions dans une chambre de luxe qui se situe dans le hall d'accueil. Pas terrible car notre porte donnait directement dans la réception et donc pas vraiment d'intimité. De plus la chambre était très sombre ce qui nous a obligé d'allumer les lumières constamment. Les horaires d'accueil sont de 8h00 à 17h00 et après plus personne. Seul le breakfast est assuré et c'est pas terrible. Très peu de choix et souvent personne pour assurer le réassort. J'ai même vu un client de l'hôtel préparer un cafetière car personne. Le wifi est instable. Souvent obligé de se reconnecter.

とても素朴で、緑の多い素敵なロッジです。観光地から少し離れてるのも静寂で良かったです。緑が多いと管理が大変だろうに、毎日プールを綺麗にしているスタッフの方の黙々とした作業が印象的でした。私はプールでは泳がないのですが、キレイな水面は心穏やかになります。朝食は作り置きではなく、来てから卵料理を焼いてくれます。置かれていたドリンクの柑橘系のソフトドリンクがとても美味しかったです。
