Our furnished condo is spacious at nearly 1000 square feet with two full-size bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, in-suite laundry and storage room, a gourmet kitchen with brand new appliances, and a roomy, sun-filled living room and dining room. You will also enjoy a lovely patio and a spacious lawn for picnics or al fresco dining.

The condo includes one parking space in the secured, underground lot, and the building also has underground guest parking.

Our condo is located in the vibrant Quadra Village neighbourhood. There is a Fairways market one minute walk away as well as several restaurants including the award winning Part and Parcel, Emmaline's, as well as many multicultural choices including sushi, Thai, South Asian, Mexican, and pizza. The village boasts two liquour stores within walking distance, a book store, a candy shop, and several nail and hair salons and wellness services. Crystal Pool and Gym is a short five minute walk from the condo.

The number 4 bus is a two minute walk away and a mere twenty minutes to the University of Victoria. Royal Jubilee Hospital is a ten minute drive. Downtown Victoria is a twenty minute walk or five minute drive.
