The hotel and staff were amazing. I loved the location because it’s right in the center of the main road, making it easy to get everywhere in either direction. My only feedback is that I wish there were more amenities, some of the ones that were “open” were still under construction, and the bar closed a bit earlier than expected. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

A truly charming property. The staff at the reception and in the dining room was very helpful and nice, especially Alejandra. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of a variety of high quality items, including smoked trout. we had dinner there once as well and it was very good. An added bonus was watching the crested caracara at breakfast. We stayed in the master suite with our own steam room, jacuzzi, and dry sauna. After a long hike we really enjoyed the sauna. We had a wonderful stay at this property, the staff was helpful in anyway possible, offering suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants in the area, and they didn’t disappoint! All their picks were great! Breakfast was delicious with the best medialunas, and the restaurant had the most wonderful view, with the sunrise every morning. Our room was excellent, spacious with a view of the lake. We look forward to stay again in the future.

Beautiful views. Spacious lobby/breakfast area with large windows opens up to large terrace. Rooms a little dated, but comfortable bedding and functional bathroom with shower/tub. Excellent housekeeping. Breakfast was good, but selection limited. Gravel road up to property from highway is steep and a bit challenging.

Great time and has a wounderful SPA and Gym.

Magnificent setting with awesome views. Definitely must get a lake view room. Buffet breakfast was good and service in the dining room was also good. However, front desk service should improve taking into account the star rating of this hotel.

The hotel was amazing. It is in a very central location and off the beaten path of the city which is nice for relaxing. We loved out stay and hope to return soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed the place and the service. Just want to add one thing. The best surprise was its restaurant which we didn't expect much as it's just a hotel restaurant. After having been to the famous restaurant right next door (where Clinton had visited), we found our hotel restaurant had better cooking and quality in food to offer, and not expensive or pretentious like next door.

El llegar es bellísimo. En medio del bosque, y en frente del lago. Lo único es que tienen un gato que se pasea por el hotel y creo que para los que no somos amantes de los gatos fue demasiado.

Viajé sola con mis dos hijos y me pareció MUY buena opción. Excelente hotel. Vista increíble al lago, buena ubicación, excelente habitación, muy limpia, en perfecto estado y cómoda.
