"Short 2 night stay for a business trip extremely close to the millennium stadium. Really nice hotel, well decorated and great service. Would certainly return"

"The last time I stayed, I had a wonderful experience. This time was ok. The bed was awful, hard, lumpy and uncomfortable. I’m saddened to say I won’t be staying here again. I’m going home to sleep, I’m absolutely exhausted!"

"Helpful staff, good breakfast and clean rooms."

"The bed was two single beds we didn’t know everytime we moved the bed it will separate, the car parking was shocking too not enough room to park the car nor reverse out, and checking out was early too"

"Room was clean and modern and good size for one person……wonderful location close to Cardiff castle and city centre….. beautiful big park close by…..excellent location with the National Express depot 5 minutes away for transfers to London airports or Swansea…. Pub itself and surround on the premises were run down and dated….. needed some money spent to tidy it up…."

"I’m beyond pleased with my stay here. The staff was attentive and friendly, the Wi-Fi connection was speedy and never failed, and the location was perfect for exploring the city."

"Perfect little stay in Cardiff! Lovely location, easy to get into the city but out enough to not have the city weekend noise. Rooms were cozy and super clean, lovely comfortable bed, sofa in the room and nice large bathroom. everything you could need! Owner is the loveliest gentleman ever, nothing is too much for him & incredibly kind. Would absolutely come back next trip"

"As shown, a very pleasant stay with a young family"

"Central to everything however a few issues. The taxi app at reception is not the best, no mini bar and no magnifying mirror in the bathroom. No fault of the hotel but noise from nearby bars dies go on to the early hours. Still enjoyed our stay. The things mentioned could enhance it."

"Very centrally located and with parking available. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were helpful and the facilities were good. An excellent place to stay."

"The first thing that greeted us was the smell of stale curry in the reception area and corridors, the lift was broken that would have taken us to our floor (the top one of course) and there was an absolute maze of corridors to navigate to find out way to the room. Hotel is definitely not a 4 star as stated, I,d give it 2 at most. Glad I was only there for 1 night."

"Lovely little place to stay with an Italian restaurant downstairs! Food was great too!"

"Staff only on site between 9&5. Good luck if you arrive early or late. Room did not have drinkable water. Had to go to first floor for drinking water Bathroom had not a single hook for towels or toiletries"

"This hotel was truly awful and not at all worth the money we paid. The carpets throughout the hotel are destroyed and heavily stained. There were stains everywhere in the room, on the ironing board, floors and curtains. The room was unbearably hot with one fan which did nothing to cool it down. There was one window which again did nothing to cool the room down. The glasses left in the room were filthy and unusable, the kettle and the WiFi did not work. The bathroom smelt really strongly of the...

"Good budget hotel providing just the basics at a good price for a major city It is very near to the station and central shopping area. However it is located on busy street over a pub and is therefore inclined to be noisey at night. The staff were freindly and helpful and I would use it again."
