"Really nice hotel, big rooms, very cheap in the low season so I can’t complain too much. However, there’s a bar next door with loud music during the night. Fortunately I had ear plugs, but I know many people dont like to use them. If you are a light sleeper I’m sure you can let them know before you get there. The staff is very nice and speaks English, specially the girl from the front desk. "

"We had such a great stay at Urban! Very central, so not very far to different places by using yandex/taxi. The staff were brilliant and when we arrived exhausted at 9 am to put our bags in storage before the check-in at 2 they actually let us check in early and got us a room! The room was very nice and comfortable (could have been more sockets), and all in all it was a great time."

"Stayed at this hotel during 26th August and 2nd September 2024 to attend my nephew's wedding. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful and they happily go the extra mile without the expectation of a tip. The hotel itself is situated next to Victory Square and other key visiting sights are walkable or a short taxi ride away. (BTW taxis are relatively cheap - can travel 5 or so miles for £3-4). "The rooms in this hotel are very nice, modern and extremely clean. All is brand new. Staff is helpful and nice. What i didn't like was the area (rather ugly and i didn't feel very safe there). Also, it was pretty noisy in the rooms as the windows were not soundproof and there is a street on one side and the children's playground on the other side of this hotel. "

"Очень жаль что выбрали этот отель, не обратив внимание но отзывы людей, что нет горячей воды и что жестский матрас. Горячей воды реально не было, пришлось ругаться на рецепшине, они включили воду но ненадолго. Матрас был такой твердый, тонкий и дешёвый. Это просто ужас я очень плохо спала ночи проведенные в этом отеле, проблемы с тем что бы принять душ. Система кондиционирования не работает. Ковровое покрытие все в пятнах. Я не рекомендую этот отель, худшего отеля я ещё не видела тем более за...
