"Rathaus Wein & Design is wine themed, so all the rooms are individually decorated, related to a specific wine grower. It is also possible to have a small wine tasting there. Our wine tasting was great, with a friendly and engaging member of staff. All the reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. "I really enjoyed our stay (my wife and myself) in the Felix suite. The staff were professional and extremely friendly and always went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. I received a free upgrade for the first night. The place is just like an art gallery with all the paintings and decorations. It was an experience that we will never forget."
"The hotel was very user friendly. The staff was AMAZING. I LOVE that they do Breakfast till 12 p.m. That is a BIG PLUS. No restaurant on premise for lunch or dinner, but they do have pizza and sandwiches available with drinks till 12 am, so no big deal.Many great restaurants within walking distance. The only comment is for me the room was a bit small . Having said that everything in the room was in new to perfect condition. Would stay there again when in Vienna."

One small recommendation is to have a selection of pillows available for guests to choose from (a pillow menu in other hotels I have stayed in), as the ones in my room were very flat and not supportive.
